Overall, I had a decent stay and the location was great, but the lack of air conditioning, combined with a very bright window, made this a less than ideal place to stay.
Hotel is in a great location. Rooms are basic but clean. Bed is comfortable. My stay was decent overall, but I had encountered some issues with the air conditioning, which was not switched on due to it being spring. The room was quite stuffy, and the large window to the central courtyard does not allow for much air circulation. Additionally, the drapes need to be completely opened for the window to be opened, and the light can be quite bright even at night, making it difficult to sleep. I asked reception about the issue the following morning and the staff seemed quite surprised. They said that the night temperature was only about 15 degrees Celsius which I found somewhat baffling. All in all, the location was great and it was pleasant, but the air conditioning and light made it a less than ideal place to stay.
