I recently stayed in a hotel for a short trip to Barcelona. After arriving at 11pm I went straight to bed, and awoke the next morning. Upon leaving for the day I noticed my wife's sweater, a sentimental gift from another business trip, was missing from my room. I immediately reported it to reception, who gave me an email address to contact. I received a response the same day, stating they had reviewed CCTV, and while they were unable to confirm what had happened they would make a good faith gesture to pay for the replacement. I thought this was surprisingly generous, though still somewhat confusing. The replacement arrived after just 3 days.
This accommodation was the perfect place for our stay in Barcelona. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was surrounded by delicious restaurants, and was only a 15-20 minute walk away from the most popular tourist spots like the Rambles and the Sagrada Familia. Breakfast included a wide variety of items and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Furthermore, the rooms were extremely cozy, and the roof top pool and bar gave it an extra touch of luxury.
This particular destination was simply fabulous! It had modern amenities, friendly staff, and its rooftop bar and pool provided a gorgeous experience in the middle of the city. Breakfast was outstanding. I can't recommend it enough and I will be returning very soon!
The customer service here is truly outstanding - we had our suitcases brought to our room by management! The accommodations were roomy and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Breakfast featured a good selection of options, enough to cater for each of our 5 days of staying. The only downside is the space from the main attractions - while you can reach some by walking, most require a bus or train, although the public transport in this city is quite inexpensive.
Stayed at this lovely spot ⭐⭐⭐⭐ just outside the hustle and bustle of the city center ?. The room was surprisingly spacious compared to other European hotels we'd been to ?, and it had been fully renovated and modernized. The breakfast was delicious ? and the staff were very friendly ?. The parking was also incredibly convenient ?. We'd definitely consider staying here again ?.
