A really wonderful experience. This hotel was perfectly located and immaculately clean. The staff were always friendly and more than willing to lend a helping hand. Breakfast was of high quality, with a plentiful selection. We're already looking forward to returning.
I recently stayed at Cuatro Naciones for 3 days and it was quite a disappointing experience. The hotel itself was quite nice but the staff were completely unfriendly and showed no hospitality whatsoever. Despite having a valid reason for canceling my stay, they refused to refund my money and were incredibly rude. This is totally unacceptable and I wouldn't suggest anyone to stay there. Overall, the Catalunya region has a reputation for being tourist unfriendly, and this hotel takes it to the next level. I've been a frequent traveler for two decades, and I must say that the staff at Cuatro Naciones was the worst I ever encountered. Avoid this hotel at all costs and be prepared to experience a lack of hospitality in the area.
I stayed at Cuatro Naciones and had a wonderful experience! The room was comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great, right on La Ramblas, and within walking distance of many great tourist attractions. Public transport was also very convenient and accessible. There were plenty of events posted in the hotel with times and locations, so we were able to make the most of our time. Most importantly, the service was great value for money. Highly recommended!
Cuatro Naciones was a nice hotel with a great central location. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the amenities were sufficient, and the interior décor was a bit dated but clean and well-maintained. The only downside was that it could be quite noisy in the evening, even with the windows shut. The breakfast variety was good but not particularly good quality. All in all, a good experience and I'd happily book again if I plan to visit Barcelona in the future.
I had a really great stay at Cuatro Naciones. The hotel had a very cozy atmosphere and the staff was excellent. It was conveniently located near a lot of attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The breakfast was also delicious, offering a good variety of items. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!
