We are grateful to Mr Victor and his team for the delightful social dinner we enjoyed on the hotel's rooftop. The location was breathtaking and the service was top-notch. The location, food, rooms, and rooftop bar were all fantastic during our stay. However, what truly stood out to us was the exceptional service from the staff. We encountered about 5 different receptionists, all of whom went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Their sincerity and helpfulness was truly heartwarming. As a seasoned traveler, I must say that I have never slept as well as I did at this hotel. The room was peaceful, cool, and dark, and the shower was divine. And let's not forget the bedside coffee that gave us the perfect kickstart to our day after a solid 9-hour rest. We can't thank the staff enough for their hospitality and we will definitely be returning in the future.

The accommodation was situated in an ideal spot for exploring Barcelona, situated near the harbor and the charming Gothic Quarter. It was surprisingly peaceful in our rooms despite being located on a busy street. The hotel staff were all extremely knowledgeable and our interactions with John at the front desk were exceptional. He had a warm and personable demeanor, was exceptionally thorough, and always eager to assist with any of our needs. Each day he greeted us with a smile, inquiring about our adventures and offering helpful suggestions. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to secure reservations at two highly sought-after restaurants. It felt as though we were the center of attention at the hotel, and it was always a pleasure to chat with John upon our return. We also highly recommend the rooftop bar for a nightcap, as it provides stunning views of the harbor. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations with its cozy rooms, divine pillows, and well-trained staff. John truly went above and beyond to make our stay even more exceptional.

The room arrangement was perfect for our family of 4, with 2 twin beds conveniently placed against the wall. Despite encountering a few glitches with the AC and safe, they were promptly addressed by the courteous staff. The management even went the extra mile to compensate us for the faulty AC. While the hotel's location may not be as central as others, it boasts a picturesque waterfront setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

During my recent trip to Barcelona, I had the pleasure of staying at a 4-star hotel. I wanted to express my gratitude to one of the staff members, who made our stay even more enjoyable. Every morning, Fernando greeted us with a warm smile and went out of his way to assist my 90-year-old father with his breakfast and any other needs. He truly made a difference in our experience and showed exceptional patience, sympathy, and spontaneity in his work. I am grateful for his service and for giving me the opportunity to savor my meals in a joyful manner.
