My recent stay in Barcelona was truly enjoyable and I would highly recommend this hotel to others. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, ensuring a wonderful experience for guests. The breakfasts were delicious and the facilities of the hotel were of great quality. The cozy atmosphere of the hotel made it a comfortable place to stay, and I particularly loved my room with its own terrace.

My family and I chose to stay at this hotel for our daughter's birthday and the New Year festivities. It was our second time staying here and we were not disappointed. The team members were incredibly kind and accommodating. The hotel itself is lovely and conveniently located near the city center and various attractions.

Upon checking in, the staff member at the reception seemed to be bothered that we had not included my toddler in the reservation, even though it was already known by their team as I had made the booking back in May. We were informed that our child could not sleep in the same bed as us. However, upon entering our room, we noticed that a crib was already set up for our little one, so we were left confused. Despite this initial inconvenience, the staff went above and beyond to make my husband's birthday special by putting up a lovely sign and providing bubbly. Unfortunately, our son fell ill during our stay, but Sebastian at the front desk was very helpful and Rosa, one of the housekeepers, was incredibly attentive and kind. Overall, the room and hotel were lovely and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and restaurants. However, some staff members seemed distant and in a rush to finish interactions, which was not the most welcoming experience. Perhaps this is just the norm in Spain, but it would be nice to see a more approachable attitude from the staff.

The hotel's location was superb, with easy access to all the main attractions, fantastic restaurants and excellent shopping opportunities. The modern and immaculate design of the hotel added to the overall pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and the rooms were extremely comfortable. The breakfast and pool facilities were top-notch. The rooftop offered breathtaking views. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
