The people here are so helpful and friendly. Whenever we asked for something, we received it with a smile. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring Barcelona, with Las Ramblas being a 20 minute walk away and Sagrada Familia just 5 minutes away. Right as you leave the hotel, there is a fantastic restaurant with the best sangria we've ever had. Plus, grabbing a taxi outside the hotel is easy and relatively low cost. The rooftop pool was absolutely lovely, with one side having a pool and seating, and the other side offering an incredible view of the lit up Sagrada Familia. Breakfast was great too, with pastries, eggs, bacon, fruit, bread, yogurt, oatmeal, cheeses, and cold cuts, plus great coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. The beds are comfy, air conditioning worked great, and the room was quiet. We asked for a high floor at the back of the hotel and got the third floor facing an inner courtyard and Barcelona neighborhood. The view was nice, but the room was a bit dark and the bathroom could use some more lighting or tile work. Our shower hand held broke and was only partially fixed. On our second last day, we encountered a male maid outside our door who only grunted at us.and our room was not properly cleaned. We had to make sure to keep anything valuable locked up in our suitcases. Despite minor issues, we had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to book here again.
Our stay at this hotel was certainly a treat. Located in a great spot with easy access to many landmarks, the service was top notch. The rooms were beautifully appointed and the breakfast spread was amazing. Even if you didn't take advantage of the pool located on the roof, it was a great place to relax and take in the city. Definitely more than just a place to sleep!
This place was superb! We got a delight of an upgrade to the superior room ?? at the front with a balcony and the bed was ??? huge! The room was perfectly ?? clean and the staff were attentive ?. Plus, the roof top bar with ?♂️ pool was a fantastic place to kick back and relax ?. The location was ??, within walking distance of all the major parts of the city, no need for public transport ??.
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel near the restaurants, shopping, bars, and public transport. I was warmly welcomed upon arrival, and a bottle of water was offered while I checked in. The king-sized bed was extraordinarily comfy, and the bathroom was immaculately clean and came with all the luxuries of a top-class hotel. The breakfast was outstanding! It included coffee, pastries, cheeses, deli meats, fruit and hot dishes such as bacon, ham, potatoes and eggs made to order - truly wonderful. I would definitely go back and recommend this hotel to those I know.
This hotel was ideal for our stay in Barcelona. It was situated in an optimal spot, within walking distance to a variety of attractions. The morning breakfast spread was delicious with a wide array of choices. The room was very comfortable, with a good view and an even better bed. Although the pool was overcrowded with smokers, the staff were incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable. Director Asun Pareja, as well as agents Gonzalo and Carlos, were great assets who made planning our excursions easy. All things considered, our stay at this hotel was wonderful.
