I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Barcelona and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was exceptional, the rooms were top-notch, and the breakfast was simply delightful. To top it all off, my family and I celebrated my 60th birthday here and it was truly a memorable experience. The hotel's location was perfect and it was impeccably clean. On top of that, I was pleasantly surprised with a bottle of champagne in my room on my special day.

Efficient check-in process and accommodating staff - we arrived early and were pleasantly surprised to be given a room right away. Conveniently located in the city, only a 10-15 minute walk from Catalunya Place. Also within walking distance to Sagrada Familia (30 mins) and Place D'Espanya (40 mins). The room itself was a decent size and had a lovely bathroom. Appreciated the addition of a kettle in the room. We were on the 5th floor and didn't encounter any issues with using the elevators. Although we didn't swim, we did take a peek at the pool and found it to be quite small - ideal for a quick dip or lounging around during the summer months. Breakfast offered a typical continental spread, but there was plenty of it and always being replenished. Would highly recommend this hotel.

My experience at this hotel during New Years Eve was delightful. My partner and I were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary glass of Cava upon arrival, along with a free upgrade to a more spacious and luxurious room. The staff members were incredibly attentive and willing to accommodate any requests we had. The hotel's prime location provided easy access to charming bakeries and restaurants. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to have a heated pool, allowing guests to enjoy a swim during the colder months. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning for our summer visit to Barcelona.

During my recent trip to Barcelona, I had a pleasant three night stay at a centrally located and modern hotel. My room, which was number 109, faced an internal central courtyard, similar to many other rooms I have stayed in while visiting this city. This meant that I didn't have much of a view, except for the room directly opposite mine. However, the hotel's location was great, situated on Gran Via, one of the main streets in the city. It was only a few blocks away from Passeig de Gracia and Plaza de Catalunya, both of which are known for their abundance of shops, bars, and restaurants. The room itself was a decent size, with a modern and clean design. The highlight was the lovely bathroom, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. My rate included breakfast, which was what you would typically expect from a four-star hotel. It was a good way to start the day, especially since finding a substantial breakfast outside of hotels in this city can be a challenge. The hotel also had a pool, but similar to most pools in Barcelona, it was quite small. It was great for a quick dip to cool off, but not suitable for swimming laps. I booked my stay through Hotels.com, and it was convenient that the rate included parking in a secure garage in the basement. Overall, it was a decent place to stay and offered all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay in the city.

Our family had a delightful stay at this hotel over the weekend. The staff were incredibly kind, accommodating, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The front desk recommended some amazing restaurants and bars in the area, and the city centre was just a short walk away. While the rooms were on the smaller side, they were impeccably clean and the shower was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return for another stay!
