I stayed at this hotel with my two daughters in March for the Robbie Williams concert in Barcelona. Our stay was fantastic, the room was beautiful and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, both hot and cold, and the fresh fruit juices were absolutely delicious! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, yet our room was peaceful and allowed for a good night's sleep. Special recognition to Valentina, the receptionist, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Thank you so much! We will definitely return.
This was a great stay! The rooftop bar here had a plunge pool and was really nice for siestas. Our room was massive with a seating area and two bathrooms. The bed was really comfortable and the staff was so friendly and helpful. A fantastic experience!
This hotel had an amazing location. It was close to Las Ramblas and very convenient for getting around. We decided to upgrade to a better room and were pleased with the results. The room had a nice size with a balcony overlooking the street. The bathroom had a big shower and the bed was very comfortable. We did not have a chance to sample the food so we cannot comment on that.
We really enjoyed our stay and can't fault anything about the hotel ???⭐️⭐️⭐️. We stayed here for 7 nights on a room only basis and already miss it ?! The staff at reception and the bar on the roof were really friendly and helpful ?. The sky bar was the perfect spot to relax and take a dip in the plunge pool ?. The room had a huge comfy bed with a balcony ?, and the bathroom had a bath and a separate shower ?. The location was great, we could easily walk to Placa de Catalunya, Las Ramblas and El Raval district ?. We had an amazing time and can't recommend it enough! ?
We were robbed within 5 minutes of entering the lobby. No joke. Checking in, my wallet was stolen out of my tote bag. By the time I walked into my room, my banks were already texting me alerts that my credit/debit cards were being used. The security at this place is horrible. The hotel staff did absolutely nothing to help. They told us we needed to go to the police station and file a report. They shrugged their shoulders as if to say, 'Oh well, that kind of thing happens all the time here.' This, after just arriving and checking into the hotel. The young security guard on staff at that time was HORRIBLE. Arrogant, nasty, and useless. He waved his hand and said, 'That didn't happen.' Even as my credit cards were being used at local shops nearby! AWFUL. The room was nice enough. Not fabulous, but decent. Won't return and won't recommend. Point blank, period.….
