We had a fantastic time at this 4* Sup hotel in Barcelona. The staff was incredibly friendly and took great care of us during our stay. They went out of their way to make our stay special with a lovely birthday surprise of Cava and pastries. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, and despite its size, the customer service was excellent. We could not have asked for a better experience!
This hotel was excellent! Located in a great spot, the staff were super helpful with tips on where to eat. It was bigger than I had anticipated but the service and atmosphere were really nice. The rooftop bar was our go-to spot every night we stayed for four nights and it was amazing! We even reserved another one of the hotels for our six-night stay in London next May/June and we are sure it will be great!
This accommodation provided us with the perfect home away from home! The decor was beautiful and our room was spacious and well appointed. The top floor bar/restaurant served up some delicious drinks and food. We were also conveniently located near the Cathedral and other sights. We would like to give a special thanks to the front desk staff, who were incredibly helpful. We highly recommend this hotel!
The staff members at this hotel are amazing - they are extremely hospitable and accommodating! The beds are huge and incredibly comfortable, and the rooftop bar is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a nice break in the sun. I'd be more than happy to come back and stay here the next time I'm in Barcelona.
We had a great experience at this 4* hotel in Barcelona. The location was central and a good base. The room was really good with a huge, comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. The bathroom was also very good with a large walk in shower. Breakfast was excellent. Additionally, there was a great rooftop terrace. The staff were all very friendly, particularly Erick on reception who provided excellent service. The only downside was the shallow rooftop pool so swimming was not really possible during a city break. Nevertheless, we would definitely return.
