My partner and I recently stayed at a hotel in Barcelona after returning from a two-week cruise. Despite arriving early, the staff kindly stored our luggage for us so we could explore the city. The hotel's location is ideal - just a short walk away from various transportation options. However, what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional staff. I could easily name Joseph, Miguel, and Lucy, but really, every single employee we encountered was friendly, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. The entire hotel is immaculately clean, and our room was simply perfect with a cozy sitting area and a diverse breakfast menu. And let's not forget the incredible rooftop terrace - I highly recommend checking it out online, although I must say it's even more impressive in person. The price point was just right as well. Needless to say, we will definitely be choosing this hotel for our future trips to Barcelona.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Barcelona and I must say, for the price, it was a great choice. The hotel had a lovely bar and restaurant located on the top floor, which had a great atmosphere. The bartender, Miquel, provided excellent service and made our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel staff also kindly allowed a family member to use our room when they arrived early, which was greatly appreciated. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it a nice place to stay. Plus, there were plenty of dining options located nearby, making it convenient for meals.

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The sleek and modern exterior caught our eye as soon as we arrived. The friendly reception team welcomed us with a glass of bubbles while we checked in and even offered some sweet treats. The communal areas were stylishly decorated and offered various cozy corners to relax in. We were pleasantly surprised to find a study room with a coffee machine, cookies, water, and orange juice all available for free. Little jars of sweets were also scattered around, adding an extra touch of sweetness to our stay. Our room was just as stunning as the online photos, with a clean and modern design. The bathroom was well-maintained and stocked with luxurious Rituals products. Our friends had chosen a superior room, which was even more spacious and had a double bathroom. The extra cost was definitely worth it. We all agreed that the beds were incredibly comfortable. Upon returning to our room after a bus tour, we were delighted to find a bottle of bubbles and two birthday cakes waiting for us, as the staff had learned we were celebrating our friends' birthdays. The rooftop pool was a beautiful spot to soak up the sun, with comfortable loungers and provided towels. The rooftop bar/restaurant also served delicious cocktails and tapas. The hotel's location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach, main tourist streets, and the charming Gothic district. There were plenty of exceptional bars and restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore on foot. Taxis to and from the airport were reasonably priced through a local service. We were blown away by the incredible value for money at this hotel and cannot recommend it enough. We are already looking forward to trying out other H10 accommodations next year.

The location was also great, especially the Gothic quarter which was ? my favorite area to explore. The hotel itself was beautiful and reasonably priced in comparison to other accommodations in the area. ? I'd definitely stay here again! ??
