During our trip to Barcelona, we had the pleasure of staying at a hotel for a total of 5 days - 3 days before our cruise and 2 days after. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with warm smiles and a friendly welcome from the reception staff who even helped us with our luggage. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, suitable for both regular guests and wheelchair users. The amenities provided, such as a TV, telephone, and internet, were all in good working condition. The bathroom was also well-stocked with necessities like shampoo and body lotion. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast served in the -1 area, where we had the option to order warm dishes if the buffet didn't meet our preferences. The rooftop bar was a lovely spot, although a bit windy at times. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and ensure our comfort. We are definitely looking forward to returning to this top-notch hotel.

We just came back from our four-night stay in this hotel. The property is simply stunning, exuding a sophisticated vibe - exactly what you would want from a city hotel. The breakfast spread was top-notch and kept us satisfied each morning. Our room was an inner one with no natural light, but it was incredibly spacious, immaculately clean, and oh so cozy. However, we requested for a room with a window the next day, and the receptionist, Erik, was kind enough to make it happen. And true enough, when we returned later that day, we were moved to a first-floor room with a lovely view of the street. Despite reading some reviews about the noise, we personally didn't experience any disturbances. We completely fell in love with Barcelona and can't wait to come back. And when we do, we won't hesitate to choose this hotel again.

My partner and I recently returned from a trip to Barcelona where we stayed at a highly-rated hotel. This was our third time staying at one of their properties and we were not disappointed. The experience was wonderful overall and we would highly recommend it to others. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Special shoutout to Erick and Alex at the reception who were particularly helpful. They were a true asset to the hotel. The location was also fantastic, right in the heart of Barcelona and within walking distance to everything. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but the lunch options were delicious. The room we had was an inside one without a window, which wasn't ideal, but it was spotlessly clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The room also had all the necessary amenities like a coffee machine, kettle, and fridge. The hotel itself was well-maintained and had a beautiful rooftop area with stunning views. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient. The only minor flaws were that the water pressure in our shower was low and the TV didn't connect to our phone as advertised. However, these small issues did not affect our overall experience. We would like to express our gratitude to the hotel for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back when we visit Barcelona again.

My partner and I booked a one-night stay here on October 23rd. Our experience was fantastic! The hotel was immaculate and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Barcelona and just a short 10-minute walk from the Airport bus. Due to our early arrival after a cruise, our room was not yet ready. However, the hotel kindly provided us with a space to freshen up and store our luggage while we ventured out to explore the city. Upon our return, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary welcome drink and an upgrade to a suite! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
