?This hotel's location cannot be beat! The complimentary breakfast ? was superb, with plenty of options to choose from, including ?sparkling wine. The front desk ? was incredibly friendly and even let us check in early. Room service ?️ was prompt and on point. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, especially with its stunning rooftop bar and pool ?, and breathtaking views of the gothic quarter. ?

The personnel at the accommodation were superb. The receptionist, in particular, named Alex, was both proficient and affable, providing wonderful recommendations for our initial trip to Barcelona. The breakfast staff were top-notch and the selection and quality of the food exceeded our expectations. The room was impeccably maintained, a true reflection of the staff's hard work. Moreover, the hotel's location was ideal.

We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay at a hotel in Barcelona. Right from the start, the reception team made us feel welcome with refreshing drinks and thoughtful gifts for our little one. Our suite, which boasted a stunning view of Barcelona Cathedral, was spacious at 44 m2, making it the perfect choice for families. The room was immaculately clean, furnished comfortably, and had convenient amenities such as a capsule coffee machine, hairdryer, and iron with ironing board (a pleasant surprise as other hotels usually require a request for an iron by phone). The bathroom was equally impressive with a rain shower, double sinks, and luxurious Rituals cosmetics. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary bottle of Cava and a birthday cake from the chef. The breakfast buffet and a la carte options were top-notch, with the added bonus of delicious coffee included in the price. All of our requests were handled promptly and to our satisfaction, with the staff going above and beyond like the best 5-star hotels. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the terrace on the 8th floor, indulging in tasty tapas while taking in the breathtaking view. A special thank you to Alex Bossc, Anès, and Oumaima for their exceptional professionalism and friendly demeanor. If I had to suggest any areas for improvement, it would be the addition of a lock on the bathroom door, more hangers in the bathroom, and some extra toiletries like ear buds and cotton pads. Additionally, a larger faucet in the sink would prevent water from spilling onto the table.
