I had a lovely stay in a residential building that offered hotel-like accommodations. It had private bathrooms, which was a nice touch. My room, a double with a balcony facing the street, was clean and well-maintained. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The location was convenient and the rooms were equipped with air conditioning. The safe in the room was also a great feature. I slept well and was impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom and the toiletries provided. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely return for another stay.
☁️ Sitting on the balcony of this hotel was so calming and peaceful, watching the world go by. Our room was clean and the bed ? was really comfy, and you could store your drinks in the communal living room to enjoy later.? It was only a 20 minute walk to our favourite neighbourhood, El Born ☕️, so that was really convenient too! ? All in all a great stay.
This accommodation is situated in a residential building and offers a cafe/tea service for breakfast. Unfortunately, I was charged an extra fee for bringing my small dog, which equalled almost half of my stay price. Other amenities were as expected.
We were booked for 4 nights in May 2020. Unfortunately, Spain is weathering a difficult time and we had to cancel our plans. Nonetheless, Ramon was incredibly empathetic and understanding with our situation. It is people like him that one looks to for support upon traveling. As soon as things return to normal, we will make sure to book with this hotel directly. Businesses like this should be praised and rewarded for their kindness in such trying times. Many thanks to Ramon.

As a solo traveler, I was shocked to find out that I had two rooms booked - it certainly wasn't my mistake, so I was expecting a resolution. Unfortunately, I ended up being double-charged and when I spoke to the receptionist, the manager wasn't helpful. Despite the language barrier, the receptionist had tried his best, but the manager hung up the phone before letting me explain my side. Without a doubt, this was the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced out of my 40+ trips around the world, and it could not have been more frustrating.
