The staff at this hotel are exceptional - no words can describe how wonderful they are. The room is smaller than expected, considering the great city center location. The only two issues were that the toilet was too tall and the pillows a bit too hard. The walls and windows do an excellent job of keeping out the street noise from outside. To top it all off, members of the Hyatt are rewarded with a complimentary breakfast- a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We recently finished off a three week journey around Spain, and were delighted to find the staff at our hotel to be incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite compact, but had all the amenities we needed. Furthermore, the front desk staff was swift and attentive, sorting out dinner reservations and delivering items to our room with ease. The rooftop bar was a great way to enjoy the evening, with Leon the bartender being particularly outstanding, and the views were absolutely stunning. Plus, it's centrally located, making it the perfect spot for sightseeing and shopping.

I can't recommend this hotel enough. The location is perfect, and the staff is incredibly helpful and attentive. The rooms are upscale, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the rooftop was stunning. It's also incredibly easy to get to and from the airport and cruise port. I highly recommend this luxurious, small hotel.

This fantastic hotel in the vibrant heart of Barcelona provides everything one could want. Despite being relatively small, it is a truly luxurious experience, with excellent service. A refreshing pool and breathtaking rooftop bar offer respite from the bustling city below. All in all, a perfect getaway that offers all the necessary services and more. With a wealth of restaurants and markets nearby, what more could one ask for?
