I stayed at Hotel BESTPRICE Diagonal recently and I really enjoyed my stay. It's easy to get around from this hotel as it's close to the metro, bus and tram lines. From Estación Nord it takes only 7 minutes to walk, so it's very convenient for day trips to the city centre. The hotel was very clean, with good quality towels and soaps. The heater and air conditioner also worked well. The beds were also very comfortable. I especially liked the card key system they use here. Most importantly, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Barcelona.
AC and rooms can get a bit hot during summer but its manageable.
We stayed at the Hotel BESTPRICE Diagonal for a week on our vacation and it was incredible! The location is fantastic - only a 10 minute walk from the beach and the Metro selva del mar is only one minute away. The area is very quiet, but there are all sorts of amenities around, like supermarkets, fruit shops, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and a laundry shop. We were able to walk everywhere to avoid taking public transport, and we were also close to the amazing Poblenou area, the beaches, shopping centre, park del ciutadelle, the Arc de Triumph, and the city centre, all of which were a short metro ride away. The hotel was really cheap for a week in July and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the only downside is that there’s no AC, so the rooms can get a bit warm, but it’s manageable.
We had a great stay at the Hotel BESTPRICE Diagonal. The accommodation was amazing for the price - the room was large, comfortable and the beds were really big and comfy, with really good pillows and nice soft towels. The staff were all so friendly and incredibly helpful, and they spoke excellent English. The housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping the rooms spotless and always perfectly tidied up. The hotel is only a minute away from the Metro station which takes you to the Gothic Quarter and other sites in just a 10minute journey. We were so impressed with our stay and will definitely be coming back the next time we visit Barcelona - it is highly recommended! On top of this they have a little fridge in the reception so you can buy snacks and drinks. 10/10!
