Hotel Concordia Barcelona

I chose this accommodation solely because it advertised having a charging station. However, upon making the reservation, the reception informed me that they could not guarantee its availability but assured me that they would make note of my request. On the day of our arrival, we found the charger occupied and it was also impossible to access the second basement with our Tesla Model Y. This forced us to park on the street, with a car full of luggage from a six-week trip. I cannot fully endorse this establishment if you require overnight charging for your car.

The hotel had a fantastic location for our exploring needs. The staff were incredibly helpful and the spotless cleanliness was highly appreciated. We chose to stay here due to its convenient location along the Barcelona marathon route. It was an effortless walk to both the start and finish lines, as well as the bib collection point and nearby restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to assist us in arranging a late check out so we could shower after the race (for an additional 10 euros per hour). This small gesture made a big difference in our day and we are grateful. Booking directly resulted in the best rates available. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Our stay was truly enjoyable. The hotel was impeccably clean and our room was generously sized and had air conditioning. The pool on the terrace was delightful, although it would have been nice to have a bar service available. Breakfast was satisfactory, especially the coffee. The staff were incredibly helpful and the hotel's location was conveniently central, with easy access to public transportation and affordable taxi options. The surrounding area also had plenty of cafes and restaurants to explore, and the hotel's bistro was particularly impressive. Many thanks to the exceptional staff who made our stay a memorable one!

During my weekend trip to Barcelona with my friend for my birthday, we stayed at the Hotel Concordia Barcelona. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the welcoming nature of the staff. The hotel's prime location near the Metro made it convenient to explore other parts of the city. Although there were many places within walking distance, the hot weather made it quite tiring. However, the hotel's small rooftop pool provided a refreshing break from the heat. While we didn't dine at the hotel's bar and restaurant, there were several coffee shops nearby where we could grab breakfast in the mornings. Our room was well-equipped with a TV, safe, and a spacious shower room. The beds were also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, as it may not be luxurious but had all the amenities I needed at a reasonable price.
