I recently stayed at Hotel Condado and I was not impressed with the service provided. The first issue I had was that the cleaning staff refused my request to clean my room after 2 PM. I had paid a fee to include the cleaning service, yet the hotel would not budge. Moreover, the room had no natural light and had the sink set up in the room, making it difficult to stay clean. I found this whole experience most unappealing and would not recommend the hotel to anyone. Avoid it if you can and I won't be returning in the future.
I really enjoyed staying at the Hotel Condado. It was very conveniently located near public transport and the restaurant was a great plus, especially as breakfast was included in the rate. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a safe for all our belongings. The staff were also pleasant. Unfortunately, we did have one unsettling experience when the fire alarm sounded one night at 00:30, resulting in us running out into the street in the cold. Thankfully, it was simply a system error and a big scare. All in all, I still had a good stay.
Our stay at Hotel Condado was amazing! The staff was pleasant and very helpful, and the hotel was spotless and kept in great condition. It was a little out of the city centre, but it was still within reach with public transportation. The breakfast was excellent, with a large selection of options to choose from. The room was absolutely fantastic and had everything we needed - we couldn't have asked for more!
