?️?? The hotel has a great location, close to shops and public transportation which was very convenient. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, they even let us leave our luggage with them before check-in. However, our room didn't have a window and the walls were paper thin, so we could hear noise from the elevator and hallway. But overall, it was a very clean and comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it! ?
This accommodation is in an ideal location. However, the room is lacking in amenities such as a table, and the pillows were not very comfortable. No great views from outside the building, but there is the additional bonus of a Metro station and shops/ Boqueria Market being in walking distance. On the plus side, the staff were very accommodating, letting us store our bags both before and after check in due to an evening flight. There is a tight lift and a set of stairs for those who need it, and the bathroom is spacious. The air conditioning in the rooms is also good. Despite the cost, this accommodation could still be considered worthy; although more comfort would have been preferable.
Staying at this hotel was alright for a night or two, particularly if you don't intend to be spending time in your room throughout the ?day. The reception staff were ?helpful and pleasant. ?I'd suggest taking the airport bus to/from the airport - it's the most economical option and you get off at Placa d'Espania, where you just have to walk a few minutes to the hotel.?
The Hotel El Call in Barcelona was clean, but the standard double room was more like a prison cell due to the lack of natural light and miniscule size. As soon as I checked in, I was ready to check out again. It's incredible that they are allowed to offer this room as a hotel.
I had a great time at Hotel El Call. It's a great location for tourists who want to explore Barcelona but also want a quiet place to sleep. The rooms are clean and comfortable, even though mine didn't have windows. The reception staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It's only a 5 minute walk from La Rambla but is tucked away in a quiet corner so you can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back.
