I was so disappointed to write this review but I had no other choice. During our stay, there was an intruder in our room and all our cash was gone (250 EUR). On the first night, around 8pm, we left our room to have dinner, bringing with us one card key and leaving the other inside the room. When we came back, the room was in complete darkness and the key was gone. The receptionist seemed not to understand the problem and simply gave us a new key. We argued it was a safety issue and asked to change the room - they complied.
The next day, we were shown the entrance record which proved that someone had used our key to enter the room. We explained that the key didn't have a room number indicator, but the manager said it was 'normal' and that they couldn't compensate us for anything. Thankfully, our passports and laptop were there but I had to leave with an empty wallet and a lot of nerves.
I highly recommend taking extra precautions - this was a really scary experience.
This lodging was stunning, with a wonderful spot and our space was roomy. At any rate, the best thing about this place was the reception staff--they were phenomenal. Immensely friendly and supportive. I would absolutely propose this accommodation.
We only stayed a single night before our cruise, but really wished we could have stayed longer. Our accommodation was a mere 25 minutes from the airport and 10-15 min away from the cruise terminal. The hotel was gorgeous, spotless and conveniently located for sightseeing in Barcelona. We'd suggest getting the breakfast package as the spread was diverse and the lounge and terrace were great places to eat, drink and relax. Online check-in worked like a charm and our room was ready to go far before check-in time, so we had the chance to rest after our flight. The front desk staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly, giving us a map and tips on what to see. They also arranged a taxi to pick us up the next day for disembarking. We'd definitely consider staying here again if back in the city and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone searching for a splendid hotel in the city's center.

I can't say enough good things about this property and its staff. The establishment was classy, clean, and extremely comfortable. The next time I visit Barcelona, I would definitely stay here again. The room may have been small, however it was still comfortable and cozy. The location could not have been better; it was only two blocks away from the hop on hop off bus stop and several squares.
My recent stay at this hotel was great. The location was ideal, just a short distance from Plaza Catalunya and the airport. The hotel boasts a large lounge area that is used for the buffet breakfast but is also available for lounging throughout the day, with complimentary coffee and light refreshments, as well as a library of books left by other travelers for borrowing. The rooms are fresh and comfortable, making this a great place to base yourself while exploring Barcelona.
