This hotel has an amazing central location perfect for budget travelers, as long as you book in advance. The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating. The rooms were cozy and included private bathrooms, and the ones at the back even had their own private terraces to relax on. It was a nice bonus to have air conditioning available as well.

The staff were ?? amazing from the moment? we arrived - check in was smooth and easy while we enjoyed some ? champagne. The lobby of this hotel was absolutely ? stunning and the rooms were very well-equipped. All the recommendations we received from staff for activities and dining spots were ? spot on. Highly recommend ? this place!
We were initially disappointed with the size of the room we were assigned, but after we asked for a different one, we were moved to a much bigger room with two beds. The accommodation needed some renovation, but the bathroom was spotless and had plenty of hot water. The bed was quite firm, but the location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the city, with the metro only a few doors away and a great tapas restaurant right by. The staff were also very kind and accommodating.
I greatly regret booking this accommodation; the location is great but the staff are completely unhelpful and unpleasant to deal with. They seem to enjoy making life difficult for their guests. There's nothing enjoyable about this place other than its location, so if you have the chance to book somewhere else - no matter how much more expensive - do it! ????♀️???
A note which simply stated that they were available at a certain time when they would be back. This was not good enough, no one should be left completely stranded like that.
We had an overall great experience due to the cleanliness and comfort of the room, but the key door situation is a major annoyance. We found ourselves locked out of the hotel multiple times during our stay and there is no way to get back in without an employee. No matter the time of day, this could be a serious issue. The printed note was of no help; it was infuriating to be stuck outside the hotel for almost an hour with no help in sight. We would not be staying here again if this problem persists.
