This hotel had the perfect location. We were on the 4th floor with a balcony and two twin beds which were pushed together. It was great for my tall husband. There was air conditioning in the room and the Wi-Fi was great. The bathroom was also very good - a large shower, hot water pressure, a hairdryer and toiletries. There was no smart TV in the room, but a firestick worked great. The large closet had extra pillows and blankets. On our last day, we discovered the amazing breakfast buffet in the lowest level. For just 10 Euro, there was a huge selection of food and drinks, including Champagne, all clearly labelled. The staff were great, offering us a kettle for tea or coffee, arranging a taxi to the airport and providing ice each evening. You could buy hop on/hop off tickets at the hotel counter. You were right in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, with lots of shops, restaurants and supermarkets right outside the front door. In just 7 minutes you could walk to the ocean and it was a 10 minute walk to the hop on/off route. I would definitely stay here again.
Stopped at this cozy ????? for a few days ?? and it was in a great location close to the Ramblas. Unfortunately, our rooms were facing the street and it was super ? so sleeping was a challenge. We asked for an upgrade but the other rooms were even smaller ?♀️ but at least they were quieter. Plus, they had cabs passing by ? all morning and late at night when the street became pedestrian-friendly which was convenient. Other than that ? the stay was pretty decent.
I stayed here in Easert holidays whilst visiting my daugther. Location exellent, in walking distance of Las Ramblas and most main sites of Barcelona (you will neeed a map). I thik it was near a underground station but I didnt use underground. Lovely Hottel. I asked for a quiet rooom and got what I asked, room at the back of hottel (not much of a veiw but din't bother me). Super clean room, nice big bathrom with amaizing shower, comfy beds and had a good nights sleep didnt hear a peep. Some of the rooms are facing the road outside which is buissy (pedestrianised though) so they may be noisy. Staff friendly. No bar. Paid as I went at reception for breastast, cant remember price - 8 Euro ? the resteraunt was in the basement, great choise of anything you want cold of hot, nice friendly staff and repleinshed constantly (note for wheelchaire users, I spoke to a couple using a wheelchaire who were sitting in anit room by resteraunt as couldnt get into the room - you may need to check first?). Would go back - great hottel…
I had an excellent stay at the Hotel Rialto. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the gothic quarter with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. It was easy to explore the area, and it was close to the Roman city walls and cathedral. The room was very small but modern. The breakfast buffet was very good and great value for the price ?. My only suggestion would be to try and get a room at the back of the hotel as the street-side can be quite noisy at night ?. ?Recommended!?
Had a really great time staying at this hotel. Our room was spotless and in perfect condition. Everything worked as it should. If you get a room that looks out onto the street, you may be able to slightly hear the traffic, but it wasn't too much of an issue. The location of this accommodation was amazing, since you could easily walk to all the attractions and amenities that Barcelona has to offer.
