During my recent trip to Barcelona, I had a disappointing experience at the hotel I stayed at. Despite trying to contact them numerous times, no one answered the phone and there was also no staff present on site. It felt like they took my money and said goodbye. I highly recommend finding alternative accommodations with better amenities and professional, honest customer service. If you happen to book through an agency, don't expect any assistance on their end either.
Warning ⛔️ Be careful at this hotel, pickpockets can enter the premises easily and without any security control. We were caught off guard and had our pockets picked, losing $200. The Director of the hotel was not concerned about our complaint and thought it was a normal occurrence in Barcelona.
This hotel was great! The beds were really comfortable, and the room was a good size. We had a delicious breakfast every morning and were so pleased by how friendly the staff were. It was a quick 5 minute walk to the nearby attractions, and there were plenty of restaurants to explore. Highly recommend!
While there's no bar here, this hotel is ideally located in a great spot. Staff are very accommodating and helpful. Guests can look forward to a generous selection of items at breakfast and rooms that offer a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.
This hotel is only a few minutes away from a subway station and makes it incredibly convenient. The staff is incredibly kind and incredibly helpful. I met one of the employees in particular and she was unbelievably friendly and was willing to help in any way she could. During my stay, I encountered an issue where I didn't have hot water for 2 days. Additionally, the rooms could use some renovations as they felt and looked quite old. All in all, it was a decent experience for the price.
