Hotel Sansi Barcelona

This place was an absolute nightmare. We had to go without light in our room for two days, and it was unclean. Beyond that, the manager was unhelpful and beyond disrespectful, to the point of screaming and swearing at me. All of this culminated in me being told to pack my bags and leave. My best advice is to avoid this place at all costs, I wouldn't give it a single star if I could.

Sem condições de ser de 4 estrelas, deveria ser de 1 estrela. The worst experience I ever had in a place to stay.... It's very dirty and the manager is the worst person. He is so rude and he insult me a lot of times. Never stay here, it should be a 1 star place....

I had room 210 which boasted views of a charming tapas spot on a tree-lined avenue; it offered a wonderful opportunity to take in the Barcelona life. The price was fantastic for such a centrally located accommodation, however, be aware that the internet connection can be unreliable at times.

We had a great experience at Hotel Sansi Barcelona. The staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The hotel was in a great location, but unfortunately that's not always enough. For the amount of money we paid, small things like tea/coffee in the room, shower gel and even a breakfast would have been nice to have included. It was especially disappointing to have to pay an extra amount due the weekend stay. Overall, we were satisfied with the experience but could have found something just as good for less.

We were really disappointed with our stay at Hotel Sansi Barcelona. The service was terrible - the staff were unhelpful and acted like we were putting them out by asking them for help. The decor was also really off-putting - crammed with kitsch and no natural light, with tiny rooms and basic facilities for a four star hotel. We really wouldn't recommend it.
