We recently stayed in Hotel Sansi Barcelona and we were really disappointed overall. Our initial room was down the hallway from the lobby, having been made from storage rooms. It was decorated nicely but the window had a dark view of the air-con fan, so there was no natural light. The toilet almost immediately had trouble flushing and after asking for it to be fixed, it hadn't been done after two hours. We then asked for another room and after some hesitation from the staff, we were moved next door which had the same problem with the window, but the toilet worked this time. The shower also was mostly open and caused water to get everywhere. To top it off, when we got back from breakfast, someone had used the toilet and sink and both were left dirty. It turned out the reception staff had been letting people use the toilet of our room. We had to complain to the staff to get an apology. Needless to say, we won't be staying there again.
I had an awful experience at Hotel Sansi Barcelona. The room was full of bugs - ants and cockroaches - and the toilet wouldn't flush! Even worse, the insects were everywhere - on the bed, in the bathroom, in the shower, the sink - it was horrific. The location is great, but, unfortunately, I won't be staying here again. Terrible.
