The accommodation and room were tidy and cozy. The bed was comfortable and all the linens and towels were immaculate. The restroom, although small, was clean and practical (although some of the grout was slightly discoloured). The staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was a nice assortment of pastries, meats, cheeses, scrambled eggs, bacon, as well as fruits, yogurt, and cereals. The noise level was to be expected for a hotel in the city center, but it didn't bother us after a full day of exploring. The location was superb with the Segrada Familia only a pleasant 10-minute walk away. I was worried after reading a few negative reviews the day before our trip, but our experience at this hotel was fantastic and we would highly recommend it as a quality 2-star option in the heart of the city.

? After much consideration, I decided to ?book this hotel for my stay in Barcelona. Despite ?mixed reviews, the ?price and location won me over. And as a not-so-picky traveler, I didn't mind the ?small bathroom at all. ?Upon arrival, the receptionist ?‍?was welcoming and even helped me store my luggage in a locker so I could explore the city before check-in. But when I entered my room, there was a ?terrible sewage smell in the bathroom. I chose to ignore it and enjoy my first day. But the next day, I noticed tiny ?flies and the smell had gotten worse. I mentioned this to the same receptionist, but he was ?rude and brushed me off, saying the cleaners would handle it. When I returned later, the window had been left open and bleach had been poured in the toilet, but the smell and flies were still there. ?Frustrated, I went downstairs and spoke to the manager, who was also rude and seemed ?angry. In the end, I just dealt with it, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The location is great and the beds are comfortable, but the ?room 205 may have been the problem or it could be a ⚠️general issue.

The initial reception from the front desk was satisfactory, but unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse. My room was unbearably hot, reaching temperatures of 32 degrees. Upon informing the staff, they assured me that the cleaner would address the issue with the air conditioning. However, returning later, the problem persisted. I had to raise my voice and demand a new room, which, even then, did not have a functioning AC. The staff claimed that this was a common occurrence in Barcelona. To make matters worse, the room was unclean and cramped. As someone who spends over 70 nights a year in various hotels, both for leisure and business, I can confidently say that this was the worst experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, unless they are my enemy. Despite its convenient location, the overall quality of the hotel was garbage. The highlight of my stay was leaving after just two nights.

Just got back from my 5 day stay in Barcelona! ? My main reason for visiting was to attend the Spanish Grand Prix ?️ and I booked a package with ✈️ and ?. The location was ? with a ? nearby and the iconic Sagrada Familia just a short ? away. Unfortunately, the ? was on the smaller side but still ?, while the bathroom was a bit of a ?. It was so small, I could barely move and the ? was tiny. Plus, the ? was ? and made a mess of the whole bathroom. It was also a bit ? with some ? on the floor that wasn't cleaned. To top it off, we were left without ? on our last night, not ideal in a ?️ country. Overall, the ? was average ?, but the ?‍? at the reception were ? and helpful.

I stayed at htop BCN City #htopEnjoy recently, and overall I had a positive experience. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the rooms are clean, bright and comfortable. The only thing that I didn't like was that the curtains were heavily stained, and the bathroom was quite small. However, the greatest thing about this hotel is that the windows have a great view, and you can open them at any time without worrying about being seen by the building next door. I also had to leave a deposit to use the hairdryer - it's a bit strange, but I understand the reasoning behind it. All in all, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.
