This was our second visit in the last year and again we were thoroughly impressed. The building is stunning, both inside and out, and upon arrival we were welcomed with a glass of Cava or a glass of refreshing ice water - a nice touch after a long morning's journey. Even though we arrived earlier than the check-in time, one of the three rooms we had booked was already ready for us and we were able to deposit our luggage in the others until they were ready. The hotel is in a perfect central location for everything we needed during our stay - to the point where we booked the same hotel again, which is something we never usually do. The hotel was spotlessly clean and smelled fantastic, and each time we entered we were met with a friendly smile from the doorman/receptionist. We opted once again for the city view, which can provide the most beautiful views - although the fountains were out of use this time, which was a small shame. The room itself was very spacious with plenty of mod cons, such as a large TV, a hairdryer, a mini bar, a safe, and a large shower room. There was also a water container and glasses in the room for use at the water and ice dispenser on each floor outside of the lift. The breakfast selection was great and had something for everyone. There was also the option to order hot food from a menu, which was always fresh and arrived quickly, and the staff didn't hesitate to provide us with extra items that weren't on the menu if needed. The rooftop pool opened from 10am, but sun beds are limited so it's best to get up there between 10 and 10.45am to avoid disappointment. Sun bed towels are available with a small deposit fee. The rooftop sky bar also has stunning views, a top-notch cocktail menu, an array of drinks, and great atmosphere - not to mention the music all night long. Prices are also very reasonable. The only downside is that the lift does take a while to arrive and a few times we had to wait up to 10 minutes, meaning we took the stairs for half the time. However, this wasn't too much of an issue for us. All in all, our experience of the hotel on both our visits has been nothing short of amazing. It is definitely a place I would recommend and one I would come back to should I visit Barcelona again. Thank you to all the staff.

My husband and I had an amazing time during our stay! The room was neat and immaculate, and the views from the balcony were breathtaking! Plus, there was a rooftop bar and pool with even more incredible sights. In the room, there were plenty of pillows, a blow dryer, and even a hair straightener, as well as a rain shower. There was even a water filter on every floor, complete with a jar to fill up so we could stay hydrated. The staff was so kind and helpful; particularly Gemma at reception and Alessandro, who served breakfast. Even the breakfast was pretty decent, better than most hotel breakfasts we've had. The location of the hotel was ideal; everything was within a 5-20 minute walking distance. We would happily come back here in the future!

This hotel was located in a great spot for tourists visiting Barcelona. We received an amazing champagne welcome and were able to check in to our room early. Unfortunately, there was an issue with mosquitos but the management team was accommodating, upgrading us with a better room, providing a complimentary breakfast and bottle of bubbly! The breakfast was delicious and the service was friendly, professional, and attentive.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights while on a business trip at the end of June/beginning of July 2023. Its central location combined with friendly staff and attention to detail made it an ideal place for me to stay. The room itself was equipped with all the modern amenities I could ask for and the air conditioning was perfect! What really made my stay special though was the amazing view of the Plaza Catalunya. The front doormen were also very helpful in getting taxis whenever I needed them. The elevator might be slower than in similar hotels I've visited in the US, but I found this part of the charm, as it was housed in a beautiful and older building. Lastly, special shout-out to Naul Kayou who was part of the reception team - he was incredibly friendly and accommodating! The breakfast staff, especially Alessandro, were also wonderful! I look forward to making this hotel my home-away-from-home on future trips to this wonderful city.

Music was phenomenal! The bar was bustling, with flavorful drinks and hospitable staff. The sight was breathtaking - can't ask for more! Special thanks to Victor for being extra accommodating. This venue was perfect for my friend's bachelorette celebration - thank you!
