This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The staff (Luis, Ana, Driss & Miguel) provided top-notch hospitality, making sure we had a great experience. The rooms were immaculate and the food was delicious. Our stay here was completely fantastic from start to finish, and we're already looking forward to coming back. A big thank you to Sergio, Christina & Family!
Hi our experience at this hotel was a dream vacation. The staff provided excellent service; Luis Miguel and the lady in the restaurant service were especially hospitable. The food was delicious and the little pool on the roof was simply fantastic. Everything else was also very amazing. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
This hotel was great! The staff were very welcoming and the manager was attentive to every detail. The Mezza restaurant had incredible service and the food was amazing, with a special shoutout to Ana who was in charge. The terrace was ideal for relaxing in the great outdoors.
Everything about the ICON Bcn Hotel in Barcelona was just perfect! The convenient location, courteous and helpful staff, stylish decor, comfortable room sizes, and wonderful buffet breakfast all made for a truly outstanding experience. The high service level provided by every staff member was second to none, but special mention must go to Cecilia! Our family of 4 was more than satisfied with our stay, and we will be sure to return as a couple and have already convinced a friend to book a stay here. This hotel comes with the highest recommendations!
This hotel had a great spot in the city, with rooms that were perfect for larger groups. We had a quadruple room and it was spacious enough for all of us. The staff were very professional and showed great efficiency in all interactions. Additionally, they had a really great selection of food for breakfast, which was much appreciated. We would definitely recommend it to families with children.
