During our recent trip to Barcelona, my partner and I encountered an unfortunate and bothersome experience. On the first night of our stay, we received a phone call at 10am, informing us that we had to change rooms. It was only 2am when we had arrived, and we were exhausted and in need of sleep. Despite this, we quickly made the switch. However, upon waking up, we realized that my wedding ring had been left behind on the bedside table in the first room. We immediately alerted the staff, who were understanding and helpful. Unfortunately, the ring was never found. Aside from the disappointment and emotional distress, we believe that the hotel should at least reimburse us for the first night's payment, which happened to be the most expensive at EUR 885.61. The hotel we stayed at in Barcelona was truly amazing. We were pleasantly surprised by the fantastic restaurant and cafe located right next door. The room we stayed in was minimalistic, contemporary, and spotless. As four friends sharing a room, we had more than enough space to relax and unwind. Our favorite part was the tranquil terrace by the pool, it was absolutely stunning and peaceful. The staff were exceptional and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring on foot. We also highly recommend visiting Alice's Secret Garden for its charming decor, ambiance, and delicious sangria.
