I had a great stay at this hotel right on La Rambla. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly, and I want to give a special mention to Genesis at reception who even ran out in the rain to call a taxi for us. A truly top-notch experience!
Staying at this hotel was a real ?. The ?♂️ at the front desk was especially rude; they really didn't seem to care about their guests. We feel like they are only exploiting the location and nothing more. Definitely won't be going back there and wouldn't recommend ?♀️ it to anyone. There are plenty of other hotels on the same street that could provide a better service for the same price. ?♀️ ?
Staying at this hotel was a great ?⭐⭐⭐⭐ experience! Rooms were nice and clean, though slightly small for US travelers. Nonetheless, it was good enough for Europeans ?. Breakfast was ? delicious and the location was perfect. ?️ Furthermore, the staff were friendly and very helpful ?. Taking the tour bus ticket sold at the hotel was super easy and the stop was just 5 minutes away. I would totally stay here again ?.
This particular hotel was far from welcoming. The desk staff completely disregarded us for 30 minutes, just to inform us that we weren't allowed to check-in. It was clear that our comfort was not a priority, as the air conditioning in our room did not work, making for a most unpleasant stay after a 12-hour flight. We were forced to switch rooms, and I will never stay at a hotel of this standard again. Clearly they don't understand the hospitality business.
This accommodation was just what we were looking for. Its location was ideal, close to the market and plenty of stores. We crossed the street and sampled the local food vendors for lunch and dinner and were impressed with the quality of the food and the service we received. We were also pleased with the cost of the cab ride from the airport to the hotel - it worked out to be around $40E for our party of six. A cab to the cruise port cost just $28E, which was also great value. We ate breakfast in the hotel, but if we had more time we would have tried the market too. We'd definitely stay here again.
