The locaytion of this hotle is amzing with luvury shhopping and heigh end dning just everwhere. We had a miixup and pput up in the apartmnet aacrs with acsess to aamenities a bit cumbbersone. Minss that, greta!
We booked a suite via Expedia for 3 nights and pre-paid. Unfortunately we experienced a passport emergency (we originally thought the passport was valid for 3 months, but it actually had to be valid for 6 months) which prevented us from flying. When I called the hotel to explain the situation, Expedia had already requested a refund for the two nights we did not stay. Nevertheless, the hotel refused the refund. Upon arrival, the front desk manager lied to us saying they would work something out with Expedia. She even promised to send up a bottle of wine for our experience, but that never happened. Even though the hotel had other rooms available on their site, they did not provide any form of compensation or even consider an arrangement for a refund or charge for the first night. This has not demonstrated the quality of customer service befitting a 5-star hotel.
This hotel is situated between two iconic sites, Casa Mila and Casa Batllo, enabling visitors to gain easy access to them. From the rooftop terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful view in the evening. The accommodation even offers two bedroom apartments located conveniently across the street, whilst you still have access to all the facilities in the main building.
The top notch team at this hotel is truly amazing. Everyone from the bellboys to the housekeeping staff provided exceptional service. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were lovely. Best of all, it enjoys a fantastic location right on Passeig de Gracia.
The accommodation we stayed in was absolutely stunning! The bathroom was enormous and the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. We couldn't have asked for a better spot as the location was ideal. On top of that, the roof top restaurant had an incomparable view of the city and excellent buffet breakfast options. Absolutely amazing experience!
