The Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona GL provided an amazing experience for my visit to Barcelona. The staff were warm and welcoming and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and the amenities were top of the line. The spa was a great way to end my trip – it was luxurious, relaxing and truly restorative. I'm already looking forward to my return visit to the Majestic Hotel & Spa and all it has to offer.
We have just returned from a wonderful stay at the Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona GL. The accommodation was excellent, with an apartment that was contemporary and well-maintained, as well as two balconies to spread out on. We were so impressed with the staff - they were kind, helpful and very friendly. We even had a crisis where we had left some suitcases at the hotel, but the concierge was so efficient and managed to get a taxi and our bags to the airport in time for us to catch our flight. We can’t wait to come back and stay at this beautiful place in Barcelona.
View from our room was breathtaking and the rooftop terrace was just perfect for a drink looking at the night skyline. Highly recommended for a great stay.
We had an incredible time staying at the Majestic Hotel! The staff was so friendly and attentive, making sure our stay ran as smoothly as possible. The hotel itself is lovely and offers a wonderful contrast between classic history and modern elements. The view from our room was simply stunning and the rooftop terrace was the perfect spot for enjoying a drink while admiring the night skyline. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend the Majestic Hotel to anyone looking for a great experience in Barcelona.
My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona GL for a week to celebrate our anniversary. The customer service we experienced was above and beyond with a lovely surprise of an exquisite fruit and nut platter when we arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was spotless. The hotel's location was perfect for us; so close to all the major tourist attractions that we could easily walk to all the spots we wanted to visit. Highly recommend Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona GL!
I had a terrible experience staying at the Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona GL. The staff were not responsive when I asked for help with the doors not locking and rooms not being cleaned until 6pm. Furthermore, they allowed non-hotel guests access to the rooftop bar, which resulted in a lack of privacy for those staying at the hotel. The price for staying here is very expensive, however, the service and amenities provided are low quality. This hotel is in a great location, but that's the only positive.
