We had the best time at the Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona GL! Everyone from the front desk, to the housekeeping, to the restaurant and spa staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our room was upgraded to a beautiful suite, which made the entire stay even more wonderful. The dining options offered amazing cuisine, while the spa was nothing short of luxurious and serene. We truly enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona. We would not stay anywhere else on our next visit!
The hotel is in a great location and a great spot to explore Barcelona. Location was awesome since there were so many bars and restaurants just minutes away. The amenities were top notch, the rooms were spacious, modern and beautiful. The bed was especially comfortable and the view of the city was brilliant. The gym was well stocked with weights, cards and machines and the staff was nice and accommodating. All in all, it was a really great stay - wonderful service, the staff was incredible and the experience was amazing. Highly recommend!
The Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona GL was a great choice for our stay. The location was excellent - we walked everywhere. The staff was so kind and helpful, and the breakfast was incredible. We had a room facing the street, so it was a bit loud at night. We would definitely recommend bringing a sound machine to make sure you get a good night’s sleep - but other than that, it was a wonderful stay! Highly recommended!
The spa had a variety of treatments. The rooms were beautiful and well decorated, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The price was very fair compared to the quality. In conclusion, I definitely recommend Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona to anyone wanting to have a wonderful stay in Barcelona. The location is great, the service excellent and the prices are fair. It's perfect for everybody, couples or businesspeople.
I stayed at Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona GL and was thoroughly disappointed. From the moment I arrived at the reception desk, I was met with an unpleasant attitude from the receptionist. My family and I had specifically booked certain rooms, but the reception supervisor was unwilling to help us and provided us with a room with a low raised ceiling instead. The housekeeping was shockingly poor and more than once I returned to my room during the afternoon to find it had not been cleaned. To top it all off, even the most basic amenities such as water bottles were sometimes not provided. And the furniture is ruined. In all, I regret ever staying at this hotel.
