The service and overall experience at this hotel was exceptional. I want to give special recognition to the staff members Aida, Mark, and Fely for their outstanding service. The hotel also has a refreshing scent throughout and a convenient cold water dispenser on every floor.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful, with special mention to Mark and Oscar. While the surrounding area can get quite busy and noisy, especially at night, the location is perfect for accessing all the major tourist attractions and public transportation.

The accommodations were satisfactory, however, the employees and their services were subpar. In my opinion, the cost did not justify the experience. Before leaving for the day, I had requested a room cleaning, but upon returning later in the evening, the "do not disturb" sign was still on my door and the room remained untouched. I brought this issue up to the reception, but they simply explained that I had left the sign on the door. It seems as though the housekeeping staff may have taken shortcuts. Overall, I cannot recommend this establishment, especially considering the price paid.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! ? The staff was extremely attentive and the room was just the right size. ? The bathroom and towels were spotless, and I loved the breakfast every morning. ? Plus, I was able to conduct my virtual meetings without any issues in one of the meeting rooms. ? Highly recommend for both leisure and business trips!

This hotel has a fantastic location, within walking distance of Las Ramblas and the Metro (Universitat station was our favorite). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, starting from the moment we checked in. We were able to use safe deposit boxes for a small 10 euro fee, and our rooms on the 4th floor were cozy and comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable, and the bath and shower were top-notch. It was a nice touch to have water stations available as well. Although we had heard there were tea and coffee making facilities, we discovered there weren't any. However, the reception was happy to lend us kettles and cups, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast offered was an excellent way to start the day, especially the coffee - which I will mention more about below.

Unfortunately, the walls in this hotel are extremely thin. We had adjacent twin rooms, so the noise was not just isolated to our own room. On the first night, we had a very loud talker and snorer that sounded as if they were in our room. The following two nights, we had a family next door who were loud talkers, door slammers, and enjoyed taking showers and baths at 2 in the morning. Due to the design of the rooms, their noise echoed through the thin walls and kept us from getting any sleep. It's a pity because everything else about the hotel was wonderful. I would suggest that the hotel reinforces the stud walls to give guests more privacy and a better night's rest. Overall, Barcelona is an amazing city and we will definitely be returning, just not to this particular hotel.
