The Mirror Barcelona Hotel

We had a fantastic experience at this conveniently located hotel, just a 30-minute walk from the city center. The warm staff greeted us upon arrival, and our room had a unique decor with lots of mirrors. Although the pool and sauna were smaller than expected, they still added to our enjoyment.

I booked this place a few months ago due to the good reviews. Unfortunately, I regret that decision now after reading the later reviews. Although the structure of the building is unique with angels stuck to the walls and a see-through lift, I had several issues with the room I stayed in. Surprisingly, there was no sink in the bathroom, instead, it was close to the bed. Additionally, there was a TV near the toilet, which raised a lot of questions in my mind. The bedside tables were difficult to locate due to the grime and dirt which hadn't been cleaned for months. Moreover, there was a lot of dust along the skirting of the main wall of the room. The breakfast served was equally poor. In fact, I ordered an English breakfast, and it arrived cold with the fried eggs being hard and burnt. Furthermore, the bacon was tough to the point I could have soled my shoes with it. Thankfully, the reception staff were friendly and professional, which is the only positive thing I can take away from my stay. Overall, there are far better choices available for the prices charged.

I had a wonderful experience staying at The Mirror Barcelona - Adults Only Hotel. The room was big and nicely decorated, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the place. Breakfast was scrumptious and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was also great to find that the area around the hotel had lots of bars and excellent restaurants. This truly was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Furthermore, I'm looking forward to returning here again soon.

This hotel offers a unique and modern style, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The breakfast was particularly delicious. You can take advantage of the superb location for shopping and have a great night out in the bars and restaurants nearby. I had a wonderful time and will be back soon!

This accommodation gave us a different experience. The room was quite minimalistic and it felt like the previous guest had some grievances - the phone had been removed from the wall and the TV remote was relocated from the bathroom to the bedroom. Our usual accommodation was undergoing renovation, so they referred us to this place, which is quite a downgrade from 5 star to 2 star. Although the bed was really comfortable, the base was scratched up; it seemed like some cats had been using it as a scratching post. The staff were really friendly, though the mirrored finish of the whole place was easily ruined with just one finger. It must be difficult to be a cleaner there.
