Service was nice, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were good and clean. I really felt like at home here. The amenities were really good too. I would highly recommend Ona Hotels Mosaic to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Barcelona. It was money well spent!
Absolutely amazing stay at Ona Hotels Mosaic! The location couldn't be better, close to all the sightseeing spots, restaurants, and the metro station. The room was neat and tidy and the beds were super comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked like a charm, but could be faster. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Barcelona!
I recently stayed in Ona Hotels Mosaic for three nights and my experience was wonderful. It's conveniently located near many attractions, plus the metro station was within easy walking distance. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, particularly Adrianna. I'd like to extend a special thank you to her for her hospitality. She is a great asset to the hotel. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a pleasant stay in Barcelona.
My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the Ona Hotels Mosaic. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with a friendly and professional attitude. The hotel was gorgeous and although our room was small and lacked a view, it was well-equipped with all the comforts we could ask for and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The shower had amazing pressure which was a huge plus. Although there was no kettle in the room, there was an amazing coffee dock located on the 6th floor that had a stunning rooftop area. Every staff member we interacted with was warm and welcoming. Taxi fares from the airport to the hotel cost around €50, but it was worth it for the service and comfort provided by Ona Hotels Mosaic. Breakfast was not included, however, there was a delicious local restaurant two doors down that opened at 7:30 am and was reasonably priced. After our delightful experience, Ona Hotels will be our go-to hotel in each location they are located.
