NH Barcelona Entenza

The location was convenient, just a short walk to the metro station. The staff were friendly and courteous. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The walls were well-insulated, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. We also appreciated having a mini fridge in the room. The only issue we encountered was that the shower water had a strong chlorine smell.

During my stay in Barcelona, I had the pleasure of staying at a lovely hotel with a truly friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to bus, metro, and train stations. Although there was some noise that could be heard through the windows, it was not loud enough to disturb my sleep. The only minor issue I encountered was the water pressure in the shower, which was not ideal but still manageable. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at this hotel.

I had a fantastic experience staying at the NH Barcelona Entenza Hotel. The location could not have been better - as I walked from Barcelona Sants, I was able to explore the local area and discover charming restaurants serving authentic dishes. I also felt incredibly safe and secure during my stay. I must mention Mariza, the wonderful waitress in the restaurant. Her energy and motivation while serving breakfast was truly impressive. She was always polite and attentive, making my dining experience even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, I highly recommend the NH Entenza Hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona. It comes with my highest approval!

Upon my arrival, I was warmly welcomed by a staff member who assisted me with my check-in. Their exceptional service truly stood out to me, as I have rarely experienced such kindness and helpfulness at a hotel. They provided me with all the necessary information for my stay, including tips for sightseeing during my limited free time, and did so in perfect English. This individual was always cheerful and patient whenever I encountered them during my stay. Despite arriving early, I was offered a place to relax and store my luggage until my room was ready. Thanks to their promptness in contacting housekeeping, my room was quickly prepared for me. The room itself was comfortable and lived up to my expectations based on the advertisement. It was also impeccably clean throughout my stay. My only minor issue was the lack of easily accessible electrical outlets for charging devices, but there were enough available for my needs. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers with a similar budget.

Our stay at this hotel in Barcelona was absolutely wonderful. The staff at the front desk, especially Raul, Victoria, and Juanjo, were incredibly kind and efficient during check-in, despite a minor issue with our reservation. Their warm hospitality added a special touch to our experience. The hotel's amenities, including luxurious green tea products and their signature shower, added to the overall comfort of our stay. As always, the beds were extremely comfortable, living up to the high standards of this hotel chain. As a Titanium member, we were upgraded to a superior room, which came with extra perks like complimentary coffee and tea, bathrobes, slippers, and a larger room. The bathroom was also fully stocked with toiletries like toothbrushes, sponges, shaving kits, and combs. We were even able to enjoy a late check-out as members of the NH Discovery program. The breakfast spread was delicious and diverse, with a special mention for Anna who provided exceptional service. The fruit juices were especially delicious. However, for an even better dining experience, I suggest adding a greater variety of vegetables. Despite this small suggestion, the outstanding service, comfortable room, and upgrade truly made our stay at this hotel a memorable one. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to two metro stations, including Sants, allowing for convenient exploration of the city.
