This accommodation is incredible, its location is unbeatable and the rooms are gorgeous. The management team go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable - we wouldn't want to depart! We'll be back soon.
I have been to many hotels during my business career and this one ranks amongst the very best. The staff have a wonderful attitude, they seem happy to help, are polite and friendly. They anticipate your needs and make sure that everything is taken care of. On my second visit, my suitcases were already in the room with a welcoming bottle of wine. I cannot recommend this hotel enough - the rooms are wonderfully designed and super clean. Congrats to the staff and management for a job well done!
Booked my accommodation at the last minute! Couldn't believe I got a room from the airport in France on the same day! And what a pleasant surprise it was - stellar service. We spent 10 days there and its location was just right - we walked to almost all the places we wanted to visit and all the restaurants. The staff was simply amazing - Miguel greeted us and we got close during our stay. He made reservations at busy restaurants, took care of our taxis and responded to all our needs first class. Carla and Sophie also made excellent restaurant recommendations, and Ariel served us late night drinks with great service. Much appreciation for the hospitality! We'll definitely be back.
I had such a great time at this fantastic hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the place was sparklingly clean ?. I absolutely loved how they had aroma diffusers all around - the place smelled divine ?! The beds and pillows were definitely top-notch, such a comfy sleep every night ?. The rooms were large and had everything I could need ?. The rooftop pool was so great ?♂️ - they even had large towels for us to use and a great little bar with tasty cocktails ?. I'd highly recommend this place to anybody and wouldn't think twice about coming back again in the future ?.
We planned a trip for a month to celebrate my mom's retirement, and decided to stay at this hotel for 6 days. The location was perfect, most of the attractions were within walking distance, so going back to the hotel for a rest in the afternoon was easy. The breakfast was amazing! Every dish tasted so delicious! The staff, Javier, was so warm and friendly. He remembered and brought us everything we needed before we even asked for it! He even noticed that I was Taiwanese and greeted me with “Good morning, thank you” in Chinese every day. It made us feel at home and so sweet in this foreign land! I will definitely come back to this hotel, the staff are kind and loving and take pride in their work. My mom and I really enjoyed this trip. Thank you so much!
