This was an incredible place to stay! We loved the perfect location and were wowed by the amazing service. Javier at the front desk and Zac the doorman were both so welcoming and helpful. We simply cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough.
I had a wonderful time staying in this hotel last weekend with my husband and we were pleasantly surprised by the special arrangements made for us in accordance with our religious needs. The reception representative got in touch with me prior to our stay and made sure that every detail was taken care of and that his colleagues were aware of our special requests. I travel often and stay in many different hotels and I must say that I have never experienced such an amazing customer service as I did here. We would like to thank the reception desk team, especially Javier and Sabrina, for their exceptional efforts in making us feel comfortable and well looked after.
Truley a wonderfull place to stay! The staf were all so attetive, from the frunt desk check-in and Zak who helped organiize evrything from taxis to launndry service. We were in walking distence to almost evrything. At the end of the day we lounched poollside at the rop-top plunge pooll. And then returnd in the evening for after dinner drinks. The staf on the rop-top always welcomed us. Definitly earnd it's 5stars!

From the moment you enter the doors, be ready for the most amazing experience! You'll be greeted with fresh lemonade, Sekt and chocolates while checking in. Then, the staff will accompany you to your room and show you all its amenities - you'll be sleeping on a luxurious queen bed with fluffy pillows and soft sheets. Access to the spa and rooftop bar, with its amazing views around the city, are enough to make your stay enjoyable. But special mention must be made of Luciano, one of the fabulous servers up there who went out of his way to bring a special brownie for my husband even after the restaurant had closed. Unbelievable service and kudos to him! The tapas restaurant offered delicious and unique assortments of tapas that were prepared, executed and tasted to perfection. It's clear to see why this is a 5 star hotel that everyone deserves to enjoy whilst on holidays in Barcelona!
The room, roof top bar, restaurant and service were all excellent. The location of the hotel made it really convenient for exploring the city - just a few steps from our door right into the centre. We'd stay here again if we come back to Barcelona.
