We spent 8 days at this hotel and it was wonderful. Alina made us feel special from the beginning and offered us a glass of Cava. Guests have access to a special rooftop bar which is a popular spot both for locals and visitors. We usually grabbed a drink there before dinner. The hotel is located close enough to the Cathedral and Las Ramblas that you could explore the area for days, never eating at the same restaurant twice. Breakfast is served until 11am and it's a generous spread, with tons of meat, cheese, eggs, breads and pastries. One night we had dinner at their restaurant La Passohla and the food was really good - the roasted pork and sweet potato puree particularly stood out. Another restaurant in the hotel, Caelis, has one Michelin star and it's not to be missed - we had an amazing meal at the chef's table next to the kitchen, with inventive dishes and a fantastic wine pairing. The staff were really welcoming and not at all pretentious. We stayed in a clean modern room, with lots of closet space and a large vanity. When we asked for an iron, it arrived in just 7 minutes! Alina and Rafael went above and beyond to make us feel special, like writing us a note and sending a welcome bottle of Cava to the room the first night and then again mid-way through our stay. They even packed us breakfast to take with us on an early morning train! We can't recommend this hotel enough, it made our trip wonderful.
Staying at this hotel was a truly perfect way to enjoy Barcelona. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. The central location meant there was so much to explore right on our doorstep. The room and rooftop terrace provided the perfect backdrop for a wonderful vacation.
This place was an amazing retreat during our stay! From the airport and cruise terminal transfers to the helpful concierge tips, everything was perfect. The food was delightful, the room was cozy, and the rooftop terrace had a remarkable view. I can't wait to recommend this place to my friends who will be visiting soon.
The location was ?, just a few minutes away from many popular attractions like the Gothic Quarter and La Ramblas. The hotel's kitchen was great for meals from morning 'till night and they even had rooftop dining with incredible ? views. The best part of our stay though, was definitely the staff. They were so incredibly friendly and attentive. A special shout out to Zak, Ravi, Alina, Evgeny and the people we didn't catch the names of. ? Our stay exceeded our expectations and we'll definitely be choosing this hotel again when we visit Barcelona! ?? Thanks again for the best stay ever! ?
I had a wonderful stay at the Ohla Barcelona! From the friendly and helpful staff to the fantastic location close to the gothic quarter and other neighborhoods, the hotel really nails it. Breakfast was great - the continental breakfast selection was really good! Plus, the rooftop at night was a great experience - definitely worth checking out if you're staying here.
