My son and I had the pleasure of staying at Royal Ramblas hotel in Barcelona, and we were welcomed and looked after incredibly well. Filipa, who works at reception, was unbelievably professional in her customer service, and always willing to help. The room we stayed in was spotless and provided us with a comfortable night's sleep. The food was also fantastic, with a selection of delicious dishes presented to us at each meal. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we couldn't have asked for better.
The staff at Royal Ramblas were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was a great bonus and the location was ideal for exploring Barcelona's attractions and restaurants. The only suggestion I have is that they should have US version power plugs available. Having access to public transportation so close by was an added bonus. A definite recommendation.
This was our second stay at Royal Ramblas and we had a wonderful time. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating even with the ongoing renovations. The room was modern and tastefully decorated - and despite being in a busy area, there was no problem with noise. We were thoroughly impressed and look forward to coming back again!
The rooms is small but clean, the breakfast is including, very good for a short stay, the staff is very helpful and ready to help anytime. I recommend this hotel.
My stay at Royal Ramblas was a great experience. The location was absolutely ideal - just steps from La Rambla and Catalunya Square, and close to all the best shops and restaurants. The rooms were small but immaculately clean, and the service was attentive and friendly. Breakfast was included, and was quite a spread. All in all, I really enjoyed my visit and highly recommend this hotel. If you're looking for a prime spot in the heart of Barcelona, this is the place to be!
I stayed at Royal Ramblas recently and it was an unpleasant experience. The cleanliness was subpar and completely unacceptable. We were given an unclean room and it looked like it hadn't been touched since the last occupants. The floors were caked with dirt and hair and the bed was stained with water marks. Worse yet, the walls, toilet, and bathroom were all covered in mould. It is definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone.
