A wonderful stay at a hotel in the center of Barcelona! It was really clean and all the staff were very professional, courteous and multi-lingual ????. They spoke French, English and Spanish which made it so much easier to communicate ?. Above all, the service was impeccable - definitely a 10/10! ???
Located in a central spot only a short walk away from plaza Catalunya, this accommodation is an ideal spot for any traveler. Close to the metro, local buses and the boquería market, it's easy to explore Barcelona and all its offerings. The staff were very welcoming and helpful - advising us on tours and travel around the city. Our cleaning lady kept the room in an impeccable condition and the bed had super comfy sheets. Absolutely perfect for a relaxing stay in Barcelona - highly recommended!
This accommodation did not meet the expectations of a 4-star stay. The bathroom and shower were both cramped due to being two separate rooms. The room itself was smaller than it appeared in pictures, and the bedding was worn and the bed was hard. The breakfast lacked options and the overall impression of the hotel was not that of a 4-star hotel. While the location was a plus, the stand out feature of this stay was the helpful hotel host. He was a friendly man with short hair and a blue suit, and his pleasant demeanour brightened up the experience.
Staying at the Royal Ramblas Hotel during our visit to Barcelona was a great experience! The location was ideal for shopping, visiting the Gothic Quarter, and trying delicious local restaurants. Our room was always clean and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. We didn't have a chance to enjoy the breakfast, as we always left early, but the staff were more than happy to look after our luggage on the day of our departure, which was already after the check-out time of 12 PM. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay!
This hotel had a great location. The shower lacked pressure but other than that, this four star accommodation didn't have amenities like USB outlets. I personally felt that the price was a bit too high, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. All in all, the location was the main plus point.
