Bathroom and shower have their own space and hot water comes quickly. Room service is friendly and efficient. The gym is good and the pool is great! Very good experience overall!
I stayed at Hotel Serhs Carlit and enjoyed my time there. The location was very convenient if you are looking to explore the city, as it's close to the main attractions. My room was small but well-equipped, and the beds were comfy. Even though the walls were thin, I had no trouble sleeping. The bathroom was bright and the shower had plenty of hot water. The room service staff was friendly and very efficient. The gym and the pool were both great, and I had a great workout! All in all, I had a very good experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.
Overall, Hotel Serhs Carlit was a great experience. The room was cozy and the staff was very friendly, especially Joan at the reception. The location was perfect, close to multiple metro stations, allowing us to navigate the city with ease. The only issue we encountered was the light coming in through the curtains at night--if you're a light sleeper, I recommend bringing a sleep mask!
