After visiting Barcelona in the past, my partner and I were on the hunt for a hotel that would give us a spacious room, good AC, and a convenient location. We read reviews, made a spreadsheet, and after some time, we finally found the perfect modern hotel that fit our budget. This hotel is stylish, cozy, and visually stunning, located in the trendy and architecturally impressive Eixample district. It's only a 5-minute walk to La Pedrera, which makes it the perfect base for exploring the city. The rooms are decorated with a chic black and white theme, which is also reflected in the public areas. We were thrilled to find a proper bathroom with a toilet separate from the wash basin. Plus, there's a bench opposite the basin with a hidden drawer for storage (which we didn't discover until our second day).?
The AC was blissfully quiet and efficient, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We appreciated the wood shutters on the floor-to-ceiling windows as they could be opened for natural light or closed for privacy. We also enjoyed the small seating area in front of the large TV. The room was equipped with plenty of outlets and light switches (make sure to bring your adapter!) and we even overslept a few times because it was so peaceful. A rarity in a hotel!?
The gym and spa area was a pleasant surprise, although it does require an appointment due to its small size. The complimentary circuit of the sauna, steam room, and pool was a much-needed treat after a day of traveling. We were lucky enough to have the space to ourselves, adding to the indulgent experience. The spa services were also reasonably priced. On the rooftop, there's a refreshing pool, various seating areas, and a fragrant garden that invites you to relax. We loved watching the small birds eat berries and sing in the garden while we sipped on drinks at the outdoor dining area, which is surrounded by lovely olive trees.?
The staff at this hotel truly made our stay special. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to help. I even requested flowers, cava, and a cheese plate to surprise my wife, and the staff made it effortless and even sent a reassuring email. It's these little touches that make all the difference. We will definitely be returning to this hotel whenever we're in Barcelona. We can't wait to try their tapas tour on our next visit. Cheers!?

I have been to 70 befor and knew that their cocktails were outstangding. I deecided to have a Bloddy Mary and it really was a fantasic cocktil, so we had two have sevral more!!! They decor is very trendi. The staaf are excelent to.

Our stay at the Seventy Barcelona Hotel was truly exceptional and one of the most delightful experiences we have had during our travels. From the moment we arrived, exhausted from our overnight flight, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a lovely, charming lobby to relax in. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and our luggage was already waiting for us in our spacious, beautifully decorated room. The location of the hotel was perfect, as we were able to walk to almost every attraction and only needed a taxi once during our entire stay. And every evening, we couldn't wait to return "home" to the wonderful bar where the bartenders were friendly and attentive, serving my husband the perfect martini every time. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of options, and we couldn't resist having dinner at the hotel's restaurant twice, as the food was exceptional. The front desk was always willing to help us make reservations at nearby restaurants, and even though we couldn't secure one at our top choice, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. But what truly made our stay so memorable was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were always friendly, helpful, and had a smile on their face. Without a doubt, I highly recommend staying at the Seventy Barcelona Hotel for an unforgettable and incredible experience. It will be one of the best decisions you could make during your trip to Barcelona!

The hotel I stayed at in Barcelona was truly amazing! The design was incredible and the staff were highly professional and responsive. The location was perfect, situated in a peaceful neighborhood but still within walking distance of the shopping area. The breakfast service was a bit slow, but it was not a major issue. The lobby and bar were both impressive and added to the overall experience.
