I had very high expectations for this hotel and I was not disappointed. The location is perfect - very close to the center of Barcelona, and the room size was great. Service was friendly and efficient and the breakfast had a good selection of items, even with the smoked salmon! The best part was the internet speed - it was very fast once you got past the login page - I was getting 80Mb/s! The only downside was the smell of weed in the elevator, but nothing that can't be overlooked. I would definitely stay at Sunotel Central again if I'm ever in Barcelona!
The location of Sunotel Central is great - very central to everything. However, the rooms are a bit outdated. The AC duct was full of dust and didn't function properly. The hot tub, which I had looked forward to, was out of order which was very disappointing.
