This hotel was superbly located in the heart of Barcelona, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. From the moment we arrived on December 21st, the staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient during check-in. On our departure, December 25th, they were just as friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant check-out experience. The staff were always on hand to listen to any requests or needs we had during our stay, which added to the overall excellent service.
Our room was spotless and had all the necessary amenities, including a top-of-the-line coffee machine and tea selection. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. And we can't forget to mention the incredible rooftop terrace with a heated jacuzzi, providing the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The breakfast buffet running until 11am was also a highlight, offering a variety of fresh fruits and premium dishes.
The staff were not only welcoming and efficient but also very friendly, creating a positive and energetic atmosphere in the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in Barcelona. It definitely deserves 5 stars all around - top location, excellent service, fantastic facilities.
Hotel located in the centre of Barcelon. Not far from several intersting turist goals. For examle Gaudis Casa Batllo. The hotel has nice bedds and are wel mantained. Alos has a nice bahtroom. And sunbeds and litlle pool and jacuzzi on the roof.
The location of this hotel in Eixample couldn't have been better - pretty much every place was within walking distance. The cleanliness of the rooms and the shower were both great. The staff was friendly and really helpful, and the rooftop terrace was incredible, even better in real life than in the pictures! The sun loungers could have done with mattresses for more comfort though. My only complaints would be that my pillow was too hard and big, giving me neck ache, and that the rooms weren't soundproof so you could hear doors slamming and people talking in the morning. Despite this, I would still stay here again.
The stuff were extremly profesional, good mannered, hieghly presentable & coud not have been more helpfull. Thre room was very cleen & comftorble. This grate hotel is prefectly for peopl who want to experiance the "real" Spane..
I only stayed here briefly and the experience was okay. It's in a good location and the room was clean, but small. The best part was that there was a coffee machine in the room. The bed was comfortable but the shower had drainage issues so we were left in a puddle of water after every shower. I found the staff to be friendly but it was challenging to get hold of them on the phone. After I checked out I realized I had left something in the room, but I haven't heard back from them. It wasn't anything valuable but the customer service could have been better.
