I had a wonderful experience at U232 Hotel. The room was very comfortable and modern, with a lovely balcony or terrace to enjoy the views of Barcelona. The staff was always helpful and attentive, and I appreciated the free breakfast every morning. The best part, though, was the incredible value for money. Other luxury hotels in the city couldn't compare, yet U232 Hotel offered just as much quality at a much lower cost. My only complaint was that the hotel didn't offer any Tapas or appetizers in the later afternoon/evening. Nonetheless, there are plenty of delicious restaurants nearby and the price of taxis in the city is quite reasonable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Just. Unacceptable.
My stay at U232 Hotel was a disaster. From the moment I entered the premises I was let down. The receptionist was unhelpful and there was construction beginning immediately outside my room at 8:30 in the morning. There was no warning when I checked in, and I was forced to endure endless loud drilling and hammering for hours. When I contacted the receptionist about it, he acted like he had no idea what was going on. I had to ask multiple times to get switched to a different room, and even then I had to go downstairs to retrieve the key card myself. No apologies were given, which is simply unacceptable service. I would not recommend U232 Hotel to anyone and would urge them to look for accommodations elsewhere.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are always clean and comfortable and the views are to die for. The pool is great for those hot summer days, especially after a day of sightseeing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful stay in Barcelona. It's definitely worth every penny!

We just stumbled upon this gem and already decided to extend our stay and book a bigger room! U232 Hotel has been a delight with its friendly and accommodating staff, spotless rooms, a great selection of amenities and an ideal location. Plus, the rates are much more reasonable than other 4-star hotels in this area. We really regret that we didn't decide to stay here from the start of our trip - it would have made the entire trip perfect!
The U232 Hotel was perfect for my stay in Barcelona. The location was great, with the metro station being very close by. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Breakfast offered a great selection and was also very tasty. The room however was a bit too small for myself with my baby. I would have preferred it a bit bigger. But all in all, I would definitely stay here again in the future.
