My stay at U232 Hotel was a truly delightful experience! I was impressed by its great location with excellent transportation links, as well as its appealing rooms. The breakfast was superb, offering a variety of delicious items to choose from. But the real highlight for me was the friendly staff, whose professionalism and hospitality were admirable. I must also mention the minor thing which could be easily improved – a few hooks in the entrance and bathroom. But overall, I had a most enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

The old furniture was the biggest issue for me at the U232 Hotel. It felt more like a 3* hotel than a 4*. Additionally, the receptionist didn't mention that I would have to pay for breakfast when I checked in. I found a price online that had a 30% black Friday discount, but it ended up being the regular price with an extra charge for breakfast.
