All staff was friendly and nice. I recommend this hotel.
A fantastic place to stay! I had a great 4 night stay. Taking a 15 minute stroll, you can reach the CCIB. It's not far from the sea either, and the trade center is also close by. Breakfast was yummy and had lots of options. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!
Hotel was nice overall, beds were comfortable and the shower was great. If you dont mind a bit of a walk, it's well situated to the metro so it was very easy to get to the city center. Although it was slightly too warm in winter as the temperature was 16 degrees outside, the hotel was a bit too humid to sleep. The only other downside was the strong smell of cleaning products - it was too perfumed in the room. All in all, a good value for the price.
The check-in was quick and easy, and the room was immaculate and well-equipped with modern day comforts. We had asked for a balcony view, and the staff went above and beyond to get us one. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, including a wide range of gluten free and vegan choices. The hotel also has a nice pool, which we took full advantage of. All in all, an excellent stay at the Vincci Bit, with nothing to complain about. Highly recommend.
The Vincci Bit was a great experience! From the welcoming staff to the spacious and clean room, I had no complaints. Although it isn't in the heart of attractions, the shopping mall and nearby beach/harbour area were a great bonus. The bar area was inviting and cozy, making it the perfect spot to end the day. All in all, this was an enjoyable stay. Great job to the Vincci Bit team!
I recently stayed at the Vincci Bit and managed to have a bad experience. The service was awful and they failed to take good care of our hand luggage bag. Even though it was tagged with our room number, they still managed to misplace it. Its been 5 days now and there's been no sign of our luggage. The hotel staff showed no care or concern, not even an attempt to rectify the problem. What's more, there was no manager available as the time of incident. This hotel's service is simply unacceptable and I would definitely recommend not entrusting them with your luggage. We won't be returning here again!
