The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming ??, the meals were absolutely stunning ?, the rooms were spacious and comfortable ?, and the location was perfect for shops and restaurants ??. We've been using this hotel for our travels to Barcelona for a long time now, and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else! ???
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! ? The toiletries were great as they provided more sustainable options. My room, 406, had a problem with the door closing, so I had to slam it quite a bit which I'm sure was no fun for the neighbours ??♀️, but otherwise it was comfy and the bed was huge! ? I had no major issues to report. ?
My stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. ? From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was being lied to and taken advantage of ?. The staff weren't very friendly either. ? I would not recommend this place to anyone. ?? Zero stars is too much for this hotel. ??♀️
My stay at this particular hotel was far from satisfactory ?. The staff was incredibly impolite, and I even had to make multiple requests to get my room cleaned - something that hadn't been done for three days! The food options were ?. On the whole, I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. ?

This visit to this particular establishment will be the first and the last , terrible customer service, terrible communication. Honestly , I was not made to feel welcome here, they even asked me for payment before I had a chance to even enter. I cannot believe the kind of people that work here. I do not recommend that anyone cooperate with its management. I am feeling exhausted and very distressed over my experience.
