This hotel was an amazing stay! We were highly impressed with the customer service. Every query was answered promptly and the staff provided useful advice about the local area. The spa facilities were out of this world!

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful. Carla in particular was amazing, and she even left a sweet note and candy for our daughter after we had issues with the laundry. ? Its central location and modern amenities, like the rooftop pool and bar, made our stay so much more enjoyable. ?‍♀️? We'd definitely make a return visit to this lovely place. ???

This was the ideal home for our 5-night stay in Barcelona. The fashionable lodging was conveniently placed for sightseeing. Every morning began with a delectable breakfast buffet and amazing espressos made to order. Egg dishes and local cuisine were accessible as well. We spent most of the days touring the city and having our siesta at the roof pool deck. The pool bar was also a great spot for our late-evenings, thanks to bartender Marti. He made our stay even more special as he told us about the city, its customs, and of course, served up some amazing drinks. Special thanks to Hanna at the front desk, who helped us recover a lost bag from Florence. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at this accommodation! There were plenty of little touches that made our stay unique, such as a bottle of cava upon arrival, a pillow spray for nighttime and local treats on the pillow. We also made use of the free 30 minute spa session daily, which was really calming and helped make our city break so enjoyable. Free wifi hotspot boxes were available and really useful to help us explore the area. We didn't get to take advantage of the wine o'clock or use the bicycles, but these were excellent free additions to the hotel. The rooftop pool looked beautiful, although unfortunately the weather was not warm enough to enjoy it! We had a wonderful double room with a balcony, where we could soak up some sun and enjoy a beverage outdoors. What was also great was that the TV connected to our phones so that we could watch Netflix etc. before bed. The hotel was perfectly situated and within walking distance of all attractions. We only used the metro to get to the airport! It was an amazing hotel stay and we'd love to come back one day! :)…

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were all extremely helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping staff. The breakfast and brunch were fantastic and the bike loan service was a great way to explore Barcelona. Plus, the complimentary mobile wifi device loan service was really useful for navigation out and about. The spa and gym were great as well. We really appreciated the great service and can’t wait to come back. Gràcies!
